Overview of Lever 5: Make It Count
The Shift: When you come to a place where you are no longer in survival mode, on the other side is a paradigm of impact, abundance, and the ability to support others.
- Self-care first, family next, then tribe, community and world.
Regular check-ins on your energy, your leisure, time off and trips you can look forward to.
Legacy can happen when we think beyond ourselves because we have created enough abundance in our lives that it isn’t about consumption, earning or spending, but giving, being, and benefitting.
The Second Half:
First part of life is about building safety and security, finding ourselves, learning to be of value, grow, etc.
Now it is about loving ourselves. About loving our life. About living by the example of the Producer Paradigm, taking time to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. To lose the fear or the grind and realize that no money will fill the void…we must find love.
Changing the Scorecard: Money is a great companion, but a terrible solo artist. A great way to keep score, but is not the only score that matters in the game. In the game of love, abundance, and purpose, moments trump monuments.
Soul Purpose: Your unique set of talents, abilities and passions making an impact on the world and bringing the highest level of joy and fulfillment for you and those that you influence.

Family Living Legacy: Family Mission Statement, Family Meeting, Values, Guidance and Traditions.
Family Constitution: Capturing the most important philosophies, guidance, lessons, memories, and even principles that have contributed to your success.
Replenish wealth with certainty: Utilizing a death benefit on all family members to capitalize the trust for generations to come.
In order to change the scorecard, we need to make the shift to emphasizing moments and experiences rather than accolades.
